One of the biggest obstacles when starting to use Internet Marketing as either a business or individual is the amount of new products, services and especially configuration detail that has to be performed to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
It is not the case that we did not want to learn all about a product, application or service - its just at that point in time we only needed the basics - the bare essentials to get us "up and running".
We did not need to know at our earliest stage how to manage 1,000 email clients efficiently - we just wanted to know how we could automate a response to one email client.
Yes - that time would hopefully arrive - but our argument was that when we were ready we would be better equipped with time, personnel and finance. We could then choose to offload sections to established professionals - at a fee, of course.
Again our initial criteria of a video tutorial was basically do they fill our "Ready, Steady, Go" requirement. The selection we chose did this - and more in a professional manner. It is as if our instructor is sitting alongside you - ready to prompt you as to the best way forward.

Hi, my name is Tony and I'm the technical curator here at imtuition.net.
This is supposed to be an "About Us" section - but everyone is camera shy. So - it's not really an "Us" judging by the lack of staff photographs, but more of a "Me". Yes, you guessed it - the others are to shy to show their faces - but we're not work shy.
Our backgrounds? Well - one is an author, one was a technical author. Then we have copywriters, video creators and one plucked from senior management.
I'm the only one who would volunteer my photograph and therefore by default am in charge of the content - making sure it's relevant, update it within reason - which is difficult - as everything is changing at break neck speed - and ensure accessibility (24x7) to all our members.
